This package unfortunately does not allow me to use Adobe's Customization Tool to set this feature so that whomever logs into the system, the settings are global.

If not, where on Adobe's web site can I download an us-english only MSI package where I can then use the Customization tool and set it there. Then look to your disk, Adobe has created a setup directory where the is been placed.
The reason I need this is I have multiple users that float throughout the organization and need to be able to have this set for any/all users. At Windows 7 it is C.\Programm Data\Adobe\Setup, at Windows XP isuggest it will be Dcumetnts and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Adobe\Setup.
